1965 Animals Tour Book Signed by Eric Burdon Chas Chandler and More le plus cher

This is for an original 1965 Animals tour book which hasbeen signed on the covers by lead singer Eric Burdon and Chas Chandler amongwith a few others. The book was sold during their 1965 tour since the inside coveradvertises the release of their new hit single “We Gotta Get Out of this Placeb/w I Cant Believe it” which was released in July of 1965. The Animals musthave had “The Turtles” open up for them as three of the signatures have “Turtles”written under them. Lead vocalist Howard Kaylan signed the program whilebassist Chuck Portz signed the program twice, once on the front cover and onceon the back cover each time adding “Turtles” under his name. Portz would onlyplay with the band for a year before moving on. The front cover features a niceearly bold signature of Animals vocalist Eric Burdon, while Chas Chandler andnew organist Dave Rowberry taking the place of Alan Price, signed the backcover. The program alone is le plus cher near impossible to find and adding all of thevintage signatures on it makes it a genuine rock and roll treasure. A must havefor any Animals fan or early rock and roll fan. As a sidenote, Chas Chandlerwould go on to manage the great Jimi Hendrix, but that as they say, is anotherstory.
